Work:  The project consists of the installation of an oil/water separator and new floor drainage inlets at the City of Kodiak Public Works Shop located at 2410 Mill Bay Road.  The work includes demolition of the existing shop floor drainage system and installation of the following 1) new oil/water separator, 2) monitoring equipment, 3) associated piping, 4) floor drain inlets and 5) connection to the sanitary sewer system.  Areas of the shop floor disturbed during the installation of the floor drainage system will need to be refinished.

2011 Sidewalk Curb & Gutter PN 12-01

Pillar Creek Dam Spillway Repair PN 09-04

Work: Perform repairs to the Pillar Creek Dam Spillway consisting of:

• Removing loose rock and debris from a portion of the channel immediately downstream of the spillway;
• Forming and pouring approximately 10 cubic yards of concrete in a series of steps from the bottom of the channel to near the top of the spillway to stabilize eroding rock and soil; and
• Placing approximately 4 cubic yards of backfill in the berm downstream of the left abutment.
