City Clerk

The City Clerk’s Office provides administrative support to the City’s elected officials; administers the City-wide records management program and preserves City records; ensures the City’s legislative processes are open and public in accordance with Alaska’s Open Meetings Act; provides a link between constituents and government through the dissemination of information; conducts municipal elections; and performs all mandated functions under the Kodiak City Charter and Code.
