CHAPTER 17.10

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES

Repeal of Chapter 17.10, Ordinance Number 1039, effective November 24, 1996, repealed Chapter 17.10.

Former Chapter 17.10 derived from Ordinance Number 910, effective June 22, 1991, by which the Council of the City of Kodiak accepted the delegation of authority from the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly to act as a Board of Adjustment, hearing appeals from decisions of the Kodiak Island Borough Planning and Zoning Commission affecting property within the City of Kodiak, which delegation of authority was set forth in Kodiak Island Borough Ordinance 90-44 and codified at Section 17.90.010 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code. Citations in Ordinance Number 910 were corrected with Ordinance Number 925, effective November 9, 1991. Ordinance Number 910 also repealed former sections 17.10.020 through 17.10.110.
