Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for all budgetary operations, accounting and financial services of the City, and the operations of the City’s information technology services. Functions of the department include accounts payable, payroll, business licensing and sales tax, collection of hotel/motel tax, street assessments, collection of receivables, utility assessments/billing and collection, purchasing and contracts, leases and other miscellaneous charges, insurance, grant administration, fixed assets, and preparation of the budgets and financial statements.
