Port and Harbors Advisory Board

The Port and Harbors Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters related to operation of the City Port and Harbor facilities, including the boat harbors, cargo docks, ferry dock, and shipyard. The Board considers any specific proposals, problems, or project as directed by the City Council.
 

The Board is comprised of seven regular members, two alternate members. There are three nonvoting ex officio seats on this board; one City Councilmember, one USCG representative and one Kodiak High School student. City residency is not required. The Board meets not less than four times per year.
