Parks and Recreation Advisory Board
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on orderly development, protection, safety, and efficient use of all parks and recreation facilities. The Board works with the Parks and Recreation Director to evaluate needs for parks and recreation services and capital improvements.
The Board is comprised of eight regular members, including one Kodiak High School student. There are two alternate members, one ex officio City Councilmember and an ex officio USCG representative.
