Scope of Work: Construction of the Kodiak Composting Facility that utilizes an aerated static pile composting process, which is stored in discrete covered composting bunkers. The facility also includes a covered product mixing and storage area, four covered mixing bunkers, and two covered bulking agent storage bunkers. In addition, the Work includes piping, controls, and associated equipment; site development; power supply, and installation of a biofilter.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the Public Works Office at 2410 Mill Bay Road in Kodiak, Alaska on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for this project. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. Refer to Instructions to Bidders for additional information.
