The City of Kodiak is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive classification and compensation study to be performed by a highly qualified firm with experience in such studies for local governments, especially local governments in Alaska. A copy of the complete Request for Proposal package can be obtained on the City of Kodiak’s website located at www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps. It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to check this website for additional information and/or addendums. Sealed proposals must be received by the City of Kodiak at the office of the City Manager, 710 Mill Bay Road, Room 114, Kodiak, Alaska 99615 until 4:00 pm Alaska Time on February 25, 2026.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities not consistent with the law or to reject any and all proposals.
