Bidding Documents copies may be obtained upon a payment of a non-refundable charge of $150.00 per set at the Engineering Department, 2410 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska or they may be viewed and downloaded online without charge at http://www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps.
A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City.
The City of Kodiak encourages participation by DBE’s in this competitive process.
