Sealed Bids for the St. Paul Harbor Launch Ramp Renovation PN 24-05/850045will be received by the City of Kodiak at the office of the City Manager, 710 Mill Bay Road, Room 114, Kodiak, Alaska 99615 until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the City's Conference Room.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the City of Kodiak, Fisherman’s Hall located at 403 W. Marine Way, Kodiak, AK 99615 on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 2 p.m. AKST.

Bidding Documents copies may be obtained upon a payment of a non-refundable charge of $150.00 per set or they may be viewed and downloaded online without charge at http://www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps.

A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City.

The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.

Why can't I open the Bid Document?

All Bid/RFP Documents are password protected.  Bidders/Proposers must fill out a Request for Access to Bid/RFP Document form to register and receive a password to download a copy of the bid or proposal.  A password will be emailed to potential Bidders/Proposers upon receipt of a completed request form.  The information you provide will be used to notify you of addenda notices, added to a Plan Holders/RFP Holder List and published under the project invitation below.
