Copies may be obtained upon a payment of a non-refundable charge of $150.00 per set or they may be viewed and downloaded online without charge at http://www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps.
A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City.
The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
