The City of Kodiak is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from experienced airport planning consultants to provide professional services for a planning project at the Trident Basin Seaplane Base. This FAA AIP-funded effort includes an update to the Airport Layout Plan (ALP), creation of an Exhibit A property map, capital improvement plan, forecasting, and related planning documentation to support future airport development. A copy of the complete Request for Qualification package can be obtained on the City of Kodiak’s website located at www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps. It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to check this website for additional information and/or addendums. Sealed proposals must be received by the City of Kodiak at the office of the City Manager, 710 Mill Bay Road, Rm # 114, Kodiak, Alaska, 99615 by 3:00 pm Alaska time on June 19, 2025.
