Sealed Design-Build Proposals for the Restroom’s and Showers, Fisherman’s Hall Project PN 17-05/8517 will be received by the City of Kodiak at the office of the City Manager, 710 Mill Bay Road, Room 114, Kodiak, Alaska 99615 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.  This solicitation utilizes a best-value evaluation process and is not subject to public opening. The City of Kodiak intends to publicly announce an Apparent Best-Value Proposer the week of February 27, 2017 and at that time the Proposals will be available to the public for review. 

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be examined at the Engineering Department, 2410 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska or call (907) 486-8065.  Copies may be obtained upon a payment of a non-refundable charge of $20.00 per set or they may be viewed and downloaded online without charge at http://www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City.

The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
