INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids for the Baranof Park Improvements; Ice Rink PN 19-03/9018 will be received by the City of Kodiak at the office of the City Manager, 710 Mill Bay Road, Room 114, Kodiak, Alaska 99615 until 2:00 p.m. ADT on Thursday, March 31, 2022 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the City's Conference Room.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Public Works and Engineering Office at 2410 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 2 p.m. ADT.
Bidding Documents may be examined at the Engineering Department, 2410 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska or call (907) 486-8065. Copies may be obtained upon a payment of a non-refundable charge of $150.00 per set or they may be viewed and downloaded online without charge at http://www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps.
A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City.
The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
