The City of Kodiak is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of City of Kodiak
Surplus Vehicles until July 9, 2025, at 1 :30 pm. Bids are to be hand-delivered to
the Kodiak Police Department at 2160 Mill Bay Road by the above date and time.
Bid opening is July 9, 2025, at 3:00 pm.

The City of Kodiak warrants that the City is the true and lawful owner of the
vehicles, and that vehicles are free of any and all legal claims, encumbrances,
and offsets by others.
All vehicles listed will be sold "As-ls/ Where Is" without any warranties, express
or implied, as to its condition. The Buyer has the option to personally inspect the
vehicle and will accept it "As-ls / Where Is".
Additional terms include the awarded bid Buyer will be responsible for the
removal of the vehicle from City property no later than July 13, 2025. The City will
not be responsible for relocation of any vehicles purchased through this bid.
Payments must be received in the City Cashier's Office at 710 Mill Bay Road,
Room 211 , Ph. 907-486-8650 by 4:00 pm on July 13, 2025. Terms of payment
accepted: cash, cashier's check or money order.
Vehicles may be viewed at KPD after July 3.Bid forms are available at the City of
Kodiak Website. www.city.kodiak.ak.us/rfps The City reserves the right to waive
any irregularities or to reject any and all bids.
