Per direction of the State Fire Marshal, Mobile Food Preparation Vehicles and Trailers are required to under go a Fire & Life Safety Inspection. Inspections shall be conducted every 2 years, below is a copy of the inspection check list. Vendors are encouraged to review and make necessary corrections prior to scheduling a inspection. Please contact the Fire Marshal for further information or to schedule an inspection.
Inspections will be conducted at the Fire Department, 219 Lower Mill Bay Rd by appointment.
